In today's Internet rapid development stage, the global connectivity has become the status quo. The development of the enterprise to get better, not only need to control of policy and resources, but also need for the understanding of talent. From the past simple recruitment and human resource department of social security things until now six modules of accurate positioning, this major also began to get enterprise human resources, with the development of economy, talented person's competition also becomes very important. Never in the past technology, the increase in the price competition gradually evolved into the talent competition.Due to the enterprise to talented person's competition gradually become sharp, competition will generate turnover, for the enterprise, the staff turnover problems become difficult to solve the problem, staff turnover is caused by the enterprise of explicit and implicit loss is immeasurable, people is different from the things, can't make definite assessment, also because of this, companies are looking for ways to control staff turnover. Because of staff turnover will affect the implementation of the strategy of enterprise development, undermined the internal cohesion and centripetal force of the enterprise. So how to attract talents, retain talents, cultivating talents become the important topic of enterprise thinking.This paper is based on the six modules of human resource management, high staff turnover will reduce the employees' passion and enthusiasm for work, also increase the employee's training and training costs. How to maintain the proper employee turnover, the candidates and education, retention has become an important subject of modern enterprise. In this paper, from the perspective of enterprise to control and improve staff turnover problems, in combination with the practical situation of enterprise, put forward the method and reduce the staff turnover.We mainly to Z W enterprises and their development carries on the detailed introduction, and then analyzed the enterprise architecture, and combined with the actual improve Z W company staffs loss problem. An effective recruitment, compensation performance and employee relationship management on the constructive Suggestions, in order to achieve the company's rapid perfect management system, improve the company's core competitiveness. In the increasingly fierce market environment, increase the viability of the enterprise, to maintain sustainable development.
