With China's accession to the WTO,China's banking industry began to face the impact of foreign Banks,especially the competition in human resources of Banks began to intensify.For foreign Banks to take root in China's financial market,they must first recruit suitable financial talents,which makes China's state-owned commercial Banks begin to face severe challenges.Faced with the competition for talents from foreign Banks,the staff of China's state-owned commercial Banks are lack of work initiative,low economic efficiency,low morale,unstable staff team and massive staff loss.Therefore,it is particularly important to study and discuss the human resource management of state-owned commercial Banks,especially how to attract,retain and make good use of the staff needed by state-owned commercial Banks.As one of the branches of state-owned Banks,X sub-branch of bank AB has a high staff turnover rate in recent years,and they are all young employees with higher educational levels and stronger business ability,which has brought many adverse effects on the further development of X sub-branch of bank AB.How to reduce the staff turnover rate and stabilize the staff is an urgent problem for AB bank X branch.This paper starts with the current situation of staff turnover of bank AB X branch,and firstly analyzes the current situation of human resources and the impact of staff turnover.Staff turnover to the existing problems,on the basis of the research using the questionnaire survey,respectively for AB bank X branch has lost staff and employees leaving reason investigation and quit intention survey,through the study of the science of the collected data of the statistics,analysis,find and compare the conclusion AB bank X branch staff turnover is: the main reason of the employee dissatisfaction with c&b,limited personal career development,performance management system is not sound,negative incentives too hard and lack of good enterprise culture atmosphere.Then,in view of the reasons for the loss of employees in X branch of bank AB,Suggestions are put forward to improve employee satisfaction with salary and welfare,improve employee career planning,build a scientific and complete performance management system,grasp the scale of negative incentives and create a good corporate culture.In this way,the in-service staff satisfaction of bank AB X branch can be improved,the intention of loss can be reduced,the staff turnover rate can be reduced,and excellent employees can be attracted and retained to adapt to the long-term development of the bank.
