This research is based on the actual situation of enterprise management, taking the Gansu double German industrial group company as an example, from two aspects: the active loss and the loss of the initiative. Based on the basic theory of brain drain in the field of management, this paper focuses on the three kinds of enterprise staff’s loss:(1) the over active loss of ordinary employees;(2) the over active loss of the outstanding employees;(3) over the active loss of the important position of enterprises. In addition, this study also discusses the relevant issues of the employee over entry into the loss of competitors, and the important position of employees to drive other employees of collective loss.Based on the above, this paper analyzes the status of employee turnover in SD company in detail, based on the theory and method of management related, detailed from the perspective of compensation, employee career planning, employee’s sense of security and belonging to the company’s employees from the perspective of the company’s transition from the impact of factors, and from the perspective of employee turnover on the company’s adverse impact.In this paper, the status quo, problems, causes and related effects of the loss of employees in Gansu are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward to provide reference for management research and management practice in this field.
