Study On Interactive Development Of Technical Innovation And Technology Transfer In Guangdong Agriculture

The gross output of Guangdong agriculture' front ranking nationally relies on technology support. Facing the featuring characteristics of new normal state in Chinese economy, innovation drive of agriculture technology has become the core strategy and the key handle in the development of Guangdong agriculture. However,tough problems like lack of innovation and low-rated technology transfer remain in the technical development of Guangdong agriculture. Thus, how to further advance technical innovation, speed up the process of technology transfer and industrialization and bring about their interactive development have become the key problem in Guangdong agriculture.The study is made up of seven parts. The first part is the preface introducing the background, significance, methods, ideas and innovation and summarizing the current research status at home and abroad. The second is the theoretical basis of this study and analytical framework of interactive development. The third part gives a comprehensive overview about the current situation of technical innovation and technology transfer in Guangdong agriculture and analyzes the main problems, which make explicit the practical significance of their interactive development. The fourth part analyzes the restraining factors of interactive development. The fifth part summarizes the practice and important enlightenment from the interactive development of advanced countries. Finally, it puts forward the path optimization for the interactive development of technical innovation and technology transfer in Guangdong agriculture.The study creatively takes technical innovation and technology transfer as a whole system. For the coordinated development of the combination of talent,innovation, market and industry, it pertinently proposes countermeasures and suggestions for interactive development, establishing market-oriented employment mechanism, strengthening the collaborative cooperation among different subjects,perfecting the service system of agricultural science and technology and so on.
