Since the economic restructuring, China's steel industry deteriorated, steel consumption growth pattern changes, the supply-side structural reforms of the steel industry to propose new objectives, requirements of the steel industry restructuring and upgrading. Affected production and marketing model and the way steel trade flows, steel logistics need to implement supply chain integration services. Steel supply and demand do not match exactly caused the bulk logistics, logistics supply and demand ends of the frequency differences are huge. Iron and steel industry concentration is low, so that the supply chain, transportation and sales of finished steel production of raw materials is difficult to transport and all coordination, resulting in a waste of resources, increased logistics costs.Literature collection and analysis, research found that domestic and international logistics park focused on the mode of operation, the park interior layout functions, information technology and other aspects of iron and steel logistics nodes and logistics network construction site of quantitative research is less, so this thesis Steel Logistics Park Research network layout of the site has important practical and theoretical significance.Firstly, combined with current research, it describes the theory of steel logistics park, and on the status of steel logistics park development were analyzed, combined with the principles of logistics park location factors analysis of steel logistics park, logistics park for the later chapters node location Thought to provide evidence.Second, the rough set theory and catastrophe theory complete primaries steel logistics park network alternative point of evaluation index system for the reduction, and catastrophe progression method used to calculate the evaluation value of the candidate points, beginning as an alternative point selected basis.
