In the past century, automobile manufacturing industry has been a pillar industry of the world wealth, at the same time, as a source of automobile logistics,supply logistics was already reflected in the professional and complexity of logistics management, treduce logistics cost, improve logistics service level is very significance.However,over the past10 years, the support of natural environment and resources system significantly for the auto industry is decline. But great changes have taken place in the cultural background, all kinds of system and consumer preferences, this causes the enterprise to consider how to improve the compatibility of itself and the environment. Automobile manufacturing supply logistics as the source of logistics is deeply impact on the operations of resource utilization, the green factor is blended in among them, integrate and optimize the logistics operation system is necessary.Supply logistics itself exists the phenomenon of "back efficiency", the green factors make it more complex. It is a big bottleneck for the imnature green logistics at present. Auto manufacturing supply logistics is the implementation of green logistics, this paper combining with the characteristics of automobile manufacturing industry, make multi-objective comprehensive optimization as the objective, from the anti-tradition relations of time, quality, cost, and the green degree to begin. In this paper, the main work includes three aspects:first of all,quality index, the green degree of index is difficult to define, refer to the existing literature, aiming at quality, greenness and segmentation elements gives a new thought of research; Secondly, this paper builds TQCG target system with multi-objective, gradation and priority, so in this paper, by using the theory of rough set, the entropy weight of the elements of the target priority for sorting, based on the established TQCG respectively as the dominant target linear programming model and the model of the optimal solution; Finally combining the reality of enterprises, to evaluate the completion of green car manufacturing supply logistics analysis, generate the decision rules based on data driven. The feasibility of the different levels of multi-objective decision-making rules obtained the actual samples, the green manufacturing in auto supplies the multi-objective optimization of logistics management has practical guiding significance.
