In order to practise the sustainable development as well as the powerful legally binding of environmental regulations, the reversion logistics attracts much attention of domestic corporations. Foreign scholars have conducted a series of in-depth study on reverse logistics, but just starts in China. However, it can not be that reverse logistics as a sunrise industry will gradually grow up with the policy support and development of enterprise.Along with the rapid development of the electronic industry, the vast majority of electronic products have entered the second-purchasing time, or even several times purchasing stage. The new-for-old policy would promote the acceleration of the secondary purchase, which bring about a large number of electronic wastes collected for reuse. As a result of the special nature of electronic products, such as high-tech products faster replacement,high-value reuse,seriously environmental pollution and so on, it's more prone to cause reverse logistics. The paradox between the declined product price and the rising production costs has triggered the quality hidden trouble and the soaring reflux ratio. Therefore, the management of reverse logistics is very essential for the electronic industry.As the important research direction of logistics management, the phenomenon of trade-off is widespread, this has become a management trap. The electronic industry is the first choice of reverse logistics; therefore this thesis combines the feature of electronic industry with the multi-objective integrated optimization for purpose, carrying out the study on the basis trade-off factors of Time-Quality-Cost. There are three main facts in this research: First, regarding the trade-off factors of time, quality and cost, only the quality indicators are difficult to define, with the reference of literatures available, this thesis provides a new study idea to quality and the sub-elements value; Secondly, the characteristics of the T-Q-C objective system are multi-objective, multi-layer and relative priority, which are the frame of this paper. How to objectively deduce the rank of trade-off objectives based on history data, the priority or weight of objective is the key, we combines with Rough Set theory to propose multi-layer in proper order thought, based on it has established three goals linear programming model, and obtained the optimal solution of various optimization model; Finally, this thesis has carried on the evaluation and analysis of the completion of reverse logistics combined with the actual business, and generated the decision-making rules based on data-driven. Different levels of the feasibility of multi-objective decision rules have been verification of the actual samples, which has actual significant guidance to multi-objective integrated optimization for reverse logistics.
