The quantity and scale of Multinational Corporations(MNCs) has developed greatly in recent years with the promotion of economic globalization,which has become the core leader of international economic activities. As the important resource of corporation competitive advantage, knowledge which transfer effectively in MNCs become the key for the corporation's success in increasingly complex international competition. However,with the deeply development of MNCs,the cross-border knowledge transferred among different units of MNCs has become more and more sophisticated. Culture differences have barriered knowledge transfer between MNCs' headquarter and subsidiarie or subsidiarie and subsidiarie, which would bring out negative influence on the implementation of globalization strategy. Pepatriate, who own overseas work and study experience, because of the two cultural experiences, may have the unique advantage in remission cultural conflict and play an irreplaceable role in the process of driving cultural communication and promoting cross-border knowledge transfer. Thus, it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of repatriates' knowledge transfer and the influencing mechanism, in order to provide theory reference to MNCs' manager in terms of promoting repatriates' knowledge transfer. The research's main works are as follows:Firstly, the study achievements about MNCs' knowledge transfer influencing factors model are summarized. The main influencing factors of MNCs' repatriates' knowledge transfer are proposed combined the characteristics of repatriates. Meanwhile, repatriates' knowledge transfer is divided into explicit knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge transfer according to knowledge's characteristics. Then the research hypotheses and theory model are put forward.Secondly, the research hypotheses and theory model are verified by empirical research method. The conclusions are got. Repatriates' willingness, capacity and chance of knowledge transfer have significant positive influence on both their explicit knowledge transfer and tacit knowledge transfer. However, repatriates' repatriation pressure has no significant direct influence on their knowledge transfer, but it has indirect negative influence on these through willingness of knowledge transfer. The relation quality has significant positive regulating function between the relationship of knowledge transfer willingness and explicit knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer willingness and tacit knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer capacity and explicit knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer capacity and tacit knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer chance and explicit knowledge transfer as well as knowledge transfer chance and tacit knowledge transfer.Lastly, the advices are put forward to promote MNCs' repatriation people's knowledge transfer. Including intensify repatriation people's knowledge transfer willingness, improve repatriation people's knowledge transfer capacity, provide more knowledge transfer chances, ameliorate staff's relation quality and reduce repatriation people's repatriation pressure, etc.
