| Internet Financial is a new area which is combined traditional financial sector with internet. At present,our country's internet financial is developing rapidly,the internet giant and traditional financial institutions are involving this area. Success Finance Group also launched jili wealth net to carry out finance Internet in August 2013. This article takes Success Finance Group as a case study collection target. Firstly, introducing jili wealth net in the Internet finance practice mode, currently the main mode is cooperation with small loans companies, financing guarantee companies and asset management companies. Secondly, through the analysis of transaction data of the number of investment and per capita investment and other data, We found that these critical data are steadily, indicating jili wealth net maintain a sound momentum development. In addition, through the analysis of the loan period, the distribution of the loan amount, the proportion of the top ten loan amount, we found insufficient dispersion loan risk is too concentrated, and there is a certain liquidity risk.
