Of these factors financing problem has become a the important factor restricting China's aircraft rental industry development. Offshore financial business model combine offshore financial business with Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone bonded leasing; it will try to solve the difficulty of financing of domestic aircraft leasing company.Therefore, this paper reviews the course of development of domestic aircraft leasing and financing companies and analyzes their existing problems. Then based on the policy of Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone, this paper explores new ways to solve the funding dilemma for by acquiring offshore financial services.In the context of SPV aircraft leasing model in Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone, this paper design a offshore financial business model to carry out aircraft leasing, while evaluating this model from the transaction structure, the model 's strengths and weaknesses.Finally, this paper put forward policy recommendations of improving tax environment,and SPV legal conditions, simplifying offshore financial settlement, building personnel training mechanism, to promote the development of domestic aircraft leasing company.
