The Innovation Research Of Aircraft Leasing Mode Based On The Preferential Policies Of Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone

In recent years, along with the rapid and steadily development of our national economy, the demand of aviation passenger market and cargo market of our country also increases at a high speed, and China is also regarded as the potential biggest aircraft leasing market in the world. In order to promote the aircraft leasing to speed up the development of our country, the state council general office issued a series of documents intending to promote the rapid development of China's aircraft leasing,build aircraft leasing industry cluster, and make our country become an important hub of global aircraft leasing companies. Meanwhile, as Tianjin Dongjiang Free Trade Port Zone(DETP) have been approved and the highest level of China's open economy function area, the DETP is becoming the Chinese aircraft leasing clusters, the effect of its aircraft leasing industry cluster preliminary revealed. And now it is important to research the innovation aircraft leasing mode on the preferential policies of DETP.The methods of the quantitative and qualitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical research are used to research the innovation aircraft leasing mode. After analyzed the main mode of aircraft leasing in China and the existence question, this paper based on the related preferential policies of DETP, designed the DETP operating leverage leasing mode, focusing on research and analysis the transaction process, risk in leasing, macro & micro economic utility of the model, And then on the basis of aircraft leasing case to test feasibility of innovation model; Finally based on the above analysis, the paper puts forward some proposals of development of DETP operating leverage leasing mode.
