Thus, it is full of practical significance to study the application and trend of future development of the nature rubber which produced in Maoming State Farm, the main production base of nature rubber in Guangdong Province.In this paper, the production and management technology integration of natural rubber are studied by using literature research, the reclamation of natural rubber production and management technology integration system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The results are as follows:The production and management technology integration of natural rubber in Maoming State Farm mainly contains: promoting mechanization of rubber plantation and improving work performance; promoting ecological construction of rubber plantation; Implementing precise fertilization and improving its utilization ratio; fourthly, promoting the rubber tapping technology with high efficiency at low frequency, to raise the labor productivity.The main problems of the production and management technology integration ofnatural rubber in Maoming State Farm are: often suffering seriously from natural disasters;high production costs caused by the large non-productive expenditure; the large difficulty of the production, management, technology integration and application of natural rubber;the low quality of workers and the lack of professional agricultural personnel.The conception and countermeasure of the production and management technology integration of natural rubber in Maoming State Farm are: 1. The industrial development layout of rubber industry should be optimized. 2. The responsibility sense of leaders should be strengthened. 3. A professional technical talent team should be established. 4. The existing workforce should be stabilized. 5. The investment of science and technology research should be increased, and the scientific and technological innovation system also need to improve. 6. The construction of infrastructure and modern agricultural demonstration zone should be improved and strengthened. 7. Production costs should be reduced.
