This paper mainly studies the influence factors of natural rubber farmers produce behavior. With the continuous development of market economy, the market of agricultural resource allocation and the development direction of effect gradually highlights, natural rubber industry in the period 2009-2015 market prices experienced a"roller coaster" up and down, prices rise in profit driven by rubber farmers began to grow large area, prices fall rubber farmers produce appear strong cut, cut cut even glue and other different behavior.In the context of a declining prices, what factors affect the peasant household production decision, make its produce different production behavior,and how the factors affecting the behavior of peasant household production, this paper investigating research.First of all, through combing behavior economic theory and the theory of peasant household behavior of natural rubber farmers and farmers in defining the production behavior, combined with plant area in hainan and yunnan natural rubber main research practice, analyzing the characteristic of the natural rubber farmers behavior results indicate that: natural rubber plant belongs to the labor-intensive production, farmers behavior has the characteristics of commercial, rationality and irrationality, diversity,and the pursuit of utility maximization, there are short-term and long-term decisions. Secondly, combining with the existing research and survey data about peasant household behavior, build natural rubber farmers produce behavior influence factor analysis indicators, and designed the questionnaire by household survey data collected in the form of, after finishing the data descriptive statistical analysis found that farmers produce behavior has the characteristics of regional assimilation; Farmers are aging serious; Farmers generally low household income and the income of rubber dependence is stronger.Finally,in view of the descriptive analysis and summarizes the results of empirical analysis, show that natural rubber farmers generally low household income and the income of rubber dependence is stronger,when prices in a constant low farmers production behavior, the common effect of factors and the factors that affect farmers increase and reduce the tapping frequency is put in bigger difference.Based on the article research conclusion, put forward five Suggestions:one is to improve the natural rubber production technology, improve the natural rubber technology promotion service, in order to enhance natural rubber production efficiency;second is to intensify policy support, the establishment of natural rubber subsidy system, to reduce natural rubber production cost;third, actively guide farmers to diversification, reduce the management risk;fourth, standardize and guide the natural rubber market development, set up the mechanism of natural rubber reserve, promote economic development and plant gum area farmers out of poverty to get rich, and to ensure the safety of defense with glue.Fifth, with the main production natural rubber multinational glue countries to promote the construction of the space industry chain, to jointly develop the market.
