The Study Of Status, Influencing Factors And Development Countermeasures Of Shixing Tobacco Production And Management

Tobacco is the foundation of tobacco industry, and tobacco production management informatization has great influence on tobacco industry. Under the “three rural” policy, tobacco industry is promoting the modern tobacco agriculture and the information construction deeply, trying hard to build “digital tobacco”. As an important means of management innovation, agricultural informatization management take a key role in transforming traditional tobacco production.However, informatization construction is a global and systemic engineering, thus, it is not easy to build a successful information system without fully and enough analysis.Therefore, this thesis describes the situation of Chinese tobacco industry informatization,the definition and necessity of tobacco tobacco informatization, the necessity of promoting agriculture informatization and the application in the tobacco production. Meanwhile, this thesis analyzes the influencing factors for the tobacco informatization construction. In addition, this thesis analyze the present situation of tobacco production management informatization, which include the brief introduction of tobacco production in Shixing county and Shixing county tobacco monopoly bureau. Then based on tobacco planting contract system, tobacco production system and procurement System, this thesis discusses the current agricultural informationization development situation in Shixing county.Moreover, this thesis analyzes the existing problems in the development of tobacco production management informationization, including the certain risk in capital settlement,the shortage in serving the tobacco farmers and the lack of control in some processes.Lastly, this thesis puts forward some corresponding measures and development thoughts according to related theories, and this thesis can provide certain reference for the agricultural informatization construction development in Shixing country.
