The Study Of Regional Cooperation Between Chinaand The Five Centralasian Countries Under The Background Of “The New Silk Road Economic Belt”

From the view of the international word,the global economy is facing a refactoring,the center of the global economy is gradually return to Asia.From the Chinese perspective,in order to adapt to the new situation of economic globalization,we must promote internal opening to the outside world.Central Asia is still a geographic hub of Eurasia,China and Central Asia has important significance in the context of the "New Silk Road Economic Belt".This paper based on the background of the Economic Belt Silk Road,to analyzed the China and Central Asia regional cooperation system.First of all,it is the theory analyze.Then,according to the basic thought and basic formula of gravity model,this paper established a formula which contains five Central Asian countries and China’s GDP,distance,transport infrastructure of Central Asia,Central Asia industrial structure of three times,whether to have a common boundary,and for the SCO members to explain the variable theory model,to analyze how these variables affect the bilateral economic and trade cooperation.Second,this paper used large amounts of data to analyze the current situation,including the five Central Asian countries and China’s economic situation,trade present situation and the status quo of the investment.Then,on the basis of theoretical research and current situation research,we make use of econometric software analysis,the results show that,firstly,from the view of total import and export trade of five Central Asian countries and China,the distance is a reverse effect.But with the improvement of the traffic infrastructure,the effect changes weak gradually.GDP is positively effect for the import and export trade.The level of infrastructure very has significant impact on the import and export trade.The development of the tertiary industry can promote the import and export trade.The two sides have a common boundary and for the SCO members also have a significant impact.In the second place,from the view of China’s total exports with five Central Asian countries,the distance between the two sides is a reverse effect for the trade development.GDP is positively effect on the import and export trade.There is no significant difference among the second industry.The two sides have a common boundary and for the SCO members and also have a significant impact.The level of the infrastructure is very significant for import and export trade,and make positiveeffects.Third,from the view of China’s import from the five Central Asian countries,the distance and the first industrial added value ratio are not significant.GDP is positive effect for the import and export trade.The influence transport infrastructure level is significant and positive.Finally,according to all the research process and conclusion,this paper put forward the following Suggestions:(1)To strengthen the construction of infrastructure.(2)The Central Asian countries should introduce foreign investment positively.(3)To promote the transformation of the Shanghai cooperation organization and cooperation.(4)Actively promote both economic transformation,strengthen energy cooperation.
