With the insurance entities constantly increase,our contry's insurance industry has developed very rapidly in recent years. The motor vehicle insurance becomes the most competitive and has the most market share,while the non-auto insurance business of better efficiency and underwriting profit takes the second place.In 2014,the release of The State Council's No.10 National notice provided a policy basic,pointed out the direction of development.In this paper, the development status of non-auto insurance at home and abroad has been comparatively analyzed. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis between the Shandong Branch of Alltrust Insurance and other foreign non-auto insurance, this paper provides operational advice combined with the current characteristics of Chinese insurance companies, which plays a certain reference for Chinese non-auto insurance business.First, this paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the subject, elaborates the domestic and foreign literature on the non-insurance theory, outlines the idea and research methods, and points out the innovation and shortage.Then, starting from the insurance marketing theory, the paper defines and competitively elaborates the related theories and concepts, which lays the theoretical basis for this paper. The status of Chinese non-auto insurance has been introduced in detail from several aspects, such as premium income, payment, insurance density, insurance penetration and so on. Based on the analysis among China and other countries, for example, American, England, Japanese, Australia, Korea and Taiwan, the paper analyzes the inadequate of Chinese non-auto insurance. And taking data from the Shandong Branch of Alltrust Insurance as samples, this paper conducts a multiple regression analysis, revealing the main factors influencing the development of non-auto insurance business.In the end, this paper makes a simple summary for the development significance and the current problems of our country's non-auto insurance business.By the comparative analysis of chinese and foreign development of non-auto insurance business and the analysis of influce factor for Alltrust insurance branch company in Shandong province,the paper makes some conclusions and suggestions.The conclusion of this paper by analysis is that the development of non-auto insurance business depend on diffrent kinds of aspects such as residents' awareness of insurance and the development level of economic,the emphasis degree of insurance companies on non-auto insurance business,the support of government agencies,incentive system, the capacity of insurance entities,the organization system,the staffing of non-auto insurance business especially the salesman,the situation of product development,the market regulation,and so on.The factor of vital importance is the proportion of salesman in non-auto insurance business.In addition,combined with the development environment and features of our country's non-auto insurance business,this paper Offer proposals for five different aspects, include establishing a sound Training system, increasing non-auto insurance policy support, Innovating marketing system, innovating motheds of regulation and the power of production development.
