| China’s motor vehicle industry maintained a rapid development in recent years, Beginning in 2009, China’s vehicle production and sales have surpassed the United States, it has become the first vehicle production and sales country. The vigorous development of China’s vehicle industry indicates that vehicle insurance and the re-lated subjects of vehicle insurance will get a broader space development. According to China Insurance Regulatory Commission(CIRC) statistics, In 2015, China’s vehi-cle insurance (including compulsory traffic accident liability insurance) premium revenue 619.9 billion yuan,19.99% increase compared with 2014, accounting for 73.60% total property insurance premium revenue. With the increase in vehicle consumption, dividend policy of commercial vehicle insurance reform brought about by the continuous release, supporting the introduction of relevant national policies, the vehicles insurance premium volume will rise further.At the same time of the rapid development of industrial entities, China’s inter-net information technology is also developing rapidly. China has become a ful-ly-fledged internet country, the scale of development internet technology has been at the forefront of the world. In the social networks, ecological closed loops, big data and other internet concepts, insurance companies compete for third-party payment license, internet e-commerce platform for the insurance, the interne insurance busi-ness model have caused great concern. Combined with the insurance industry and internet technology will undoubtedly accelerate the advent of the internet era insur-ance. As the internet insurance is a converged model of the insurance industry and the internet innovative, not only brings opportunities for diversification to the tradi-tional insurance industry, but also impact of the existing insurance business model, prompting the insurance company access to the internet insurance field through a variety of ways rapidly.This article is based on internet vehicle insurance business. At First, I summed up the development of the situation internet vehicle insurance, then, I introduced the current insurance companies use the internet to conduct insurance business in some of the practices and future trends; At second, I use the SWOT analysis to the internet vehicle insurance business in the perspective of the insurance business; At third, I selected 6 provinces of Chinese internet industry is relatively developed, selected some car owners, conducted a questionnaire survey to stand in the perspective of the insurance consumers, make the insurance companies find out some shortcomings and corresponding measures for improvement in the Internet business model of ve-hicle insurance. Through summarized and analyzed by questionnaire feedback in-formation, described the sample questions reflected objectively, trying to use ma-thematical analysis methods to find the influencing factors of the owners to purchase vehicle insurance from internet. Finally, based on the both of the comprehensive ve-hicle insurance operators and the consumer analysis, give some reasonable sugges-tions when the insurance companies operating vehicle insurance business in the in-ternet platform. |
