With economic development, people’s increasingly close relationship with the bank, the financial services made increasing demands, thus, people familiar with the extent of the lobby manager is increasing. Lobby manager plays an increasingly important role in improving financial services, improving the quality of services. Bank lobby manager is usually held by the network manager, personal business consultant and senior adviser, during business hours in the lobby for duty manager must put in place to guide customers to self-service equipment and diversion, reduce customer wait time and wait too long because the cause of abandonment rates, improve sales results and customer satisfaction. Through the lobby manager service allows customers to find feel at home, customers will be directed to the right place, reducing customer waiting time and can be recommended to individual business consultant in order to promote sales of products and services. From this point, the lobby manager, bank branches can be described as a mirror.However, in actual service process, the lobby manager will still exist such problems. Through field investigation, inductive deductive method, questionnaire method, qualitative and quantitative method of combining the work of the Agricultural Bank lobby manager problems exist in the process of review and summarize. These issues include:service manager is not enough emphasis on the lobby; lobby manager overall team quality needs to be improved; in terms of customer guidance shunt lacking; tool identification system in use, mining, marketing, customer respect has been lacking; the lack of service process enough patience; do not accurately identify the crux of the matter; you can not help customers successfully solve problems; impolite during the service; insufficient lobby manager exist in the work.For the above problems, the author put forward on the basis of the survey targeted observations:(1) The importance of accurate positioning services lobby;(2) Focus on the quality of the construction lobby manager;(3) To strengthen the lobby manager of the branch guidance operational capacity;(4) Strengthen the lobby manager outlets use system tools to identify, mining, marketing, customer capacity;(5) Improve patient services lobby manager;(6) Increase the ability to analyze problems lobby manager;(7) Improve the ability to solve problems lobby manager;(8) Specification language services lobby manager;(9) To improve their service skills.Through this study, aimed at improving the quality of service Agricultural Bank lobby manager, and ultimately improve the quality of service Agricultural Bank of outlets.
