In recent years,with the rise of WeChat,Alipay and the third party payment platform,network finance has sprung up,and domestic private banks have been rising,changing the layout of traditional commercial banks.The traditional financial industry is facing severe challenges.The institutional reform of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank is backward,and the problem of weak competition is prominent.As a very important position in the traditional banking industry,lobby manager is responsible for receiving customers and dealing with various affairs.It is a link between users and banks and an important part of banking business.But the lobby manager's quality is not high,the ability is not strong,the training work is not strong and other problems seriously affect the high quality development of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank.It is urgent to do a good job in training lobby managers.This paper systematically expounds the relevant research methods and research ideas of management theory,training theory and evaluation theory,and summarizes the relevant theoretical results,which provides a theoretical basis for the study of this paper.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method to obtain the real information of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank in the training of lobby managers,and takes these information as a breakthrough to conduct investigation and research.It is found that the following problems exist in the training process of lobby managers: unclear training purpose,insufficient execution,lack of scientific training system,imperfect performance appraisal mechanism and so on,which affect the training effectiveness of lobby managers of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank.At the same time,we should communicate with lobby managers and relevant personnel in the form of interviews and dialogues to understand the important role of lobby manager training in the development of high quality banking industry,what are the training needs of lobby managers and what are the training objectives of lobby managers.Based on the above-mentioned information,organizational analysis,task analysis and personnel analysis are carried out to sort out and summarize the problems existing in the training of manager of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank lobby from an all-round perspective.On this basis,a feasible training approach is found and an operable and sustainable training scheme is designed.Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank should regard the training of lobby managers as an important means of human capital investment and value-added strategy.From three aspects of organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and cultural guarantee,it provides safeguards for the implementation of the training program for the lobby managers of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank.Based on the training practice of the lobby manager of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank,according to the human resources planning of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank and the investigation status of the lobby manager,this paper determines the training needs and designs the scheme.Through the implementation of training programs to enhance the network function and service level,so as to achieve the strategic goal of "win in the lobby" of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank.To maintain the dominant position of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank in the industry competition in Shuangyang region,and further promote the high-quality development of Shuangyang Agricultural and Commercial Bank.
