Business team performance is an important part of the performance of the enterprise.The incentive effect of taking team as the object of assessment and incentive will be better than only motivating individuals.At present,the implementation effect of the incentive model in most domestic enterprises,including state-owned holding enterprises,is mostly unsatisfying.While the reformation of state-owned enterprises is going depth,in order to give full play to the advantages of state owned enterprises and to improve the business performance,it is an urgent need to explore a new and effective team-based incentive model for state owned holding enterprises,especially under the current situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.This paper is based on a real case of the team-based incentive model of “ZX company”.The paper focuses on the issue of how to set up a kind of team-based incentive model for state-owned holding enterprises which can effectively stimulate the vitality of the enterprises and take into account both incentive and restraint simultaneously.Based on the relevant theories and concepts of the team-based incentive model,the paper study the mechanism and the supporting measures of the team-based incentive model adopted by ZX company.Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the benchmarking company incentive model,the team-based incentive model of ZX company would be analyzed in two main aspects.This team-based incentive model attributed to the team leaders and team members team would be rewarded according to the team profit and the team leaders would be appraised according to the team performance.The main factors to achieve success about this team-based incentive model are team-based reward is highly correlated with team contribution,clear business accounting methods,applicable organization structure and supporting management mechanism,a strong headquarters,clear responsibilities and rights between the headquarters and the business units,effective constraint mechanism.This team-based incentive model helps to play the resources and control advantages of state-owned holding enterprises and to provide internal business innovation platform for outstanding team leaders as well as improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.In the new situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.The result of this paper is expected to provide valuable reference for studies and practice of team-based incentive model in the domestic state-owned holding enterprises.
