In today's society,with the rapid development of economy,the management of enterprise has realized that the employee's engagement to the organization is prerequisite for the enterprise to obtain a good performance and competitive advantage.Jack Welch,one of the president of General Electric,said that the important condition of enterprise obtaining competitive advantage is employee always dedicated to the company".This shows us that the management of enterprises pay more and more attention to the employee's engagement.The higher the employee's engagement to the enterprise,the better performance the enterprise will obtain.Therefore,the way of enhancing employee's devotion level,motivating them to work hard so that they can contribute to the enterprise has become the focus of human resources research project.Previous studies have shown that organizational climate has a positive impact on employee engagement;psychological capital has a positive impact on employee engagement;psychological capital is positively correlated with organizational climate to a certain extent.Under this background,this paper explores the intrinsic relationship among organizational climate,psychological capital and employee engagement;we also use method of factor analysis to verify the mediating effect of psychological capital.The structure of this paper are as following:First,through the literature review,we get familiar with research status and definition of the organizational climate,psychological definition and engagement,then we try to build theoretical basis of our research,and put forward research hypotheses to verify,design measurement for organizational climate,psychological capital,and engagement,then design and hang out questionnaire,collect data,do descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire results;finally,empirical analysis.This part involves with validity analysis,reliability analysis,regression analysis and correlation analysis so to verify the hypothesis proposed in this paper.Through the above process,we draw the conclusion:(1)the organizational climate has a positive impact on employee engagement;the dimension of management style and organization hierarchy in organization climate are related with employee engagement,while the dimension of interpersonal relationship have no significantly influence on employee engagement.(2)The effect of Psychological capital on employee engagement is positive,the dimension of self efficacy,resilience,optimism and hope of which are all positively correlated with employee engagement.(3)Organizational climate has positive effect on employee's psychological capital;and this positive relationship exists between every dimensions of organizational climate and psychological capital.(4)Psychological capital has a completing mediating effect on the relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement.
