Eliminating poverty and realizing the well-off society in an all-round way is the essential demand of socialism, which is also the duty of the party and the government in our country. Under the new situation, the rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia poverty alleviation faces severe challenges. In order to eliminating poverty and entering the grand goal of a well-off society before 2020 years, the local government to change the poverty alleviation and development ideas and to play the role of government guidance, implement precision poverty alleviation and achieve accurate poverty. As the supplier and the practitioner,the local government plays an important role in the poverty alleviation work in the village.Keyouzhongqi is the mongolian accumulation area of Inner mongolia, which is also a state-level counties,since the 90s of last century,the party and the government implemented poverty alleviation and development has made tremendous achievements.However,the poor development of the system is not perfect,the responsibility is not clear,the administrative functions of the lack of enthusiasm,poverty relief efforts have not formed,lack of funding,povety alleviation and long-term mechanism to be improved and so on.Under the new situation,the local gevernment is facing a sound precision poverty alleviation work,the local government have to improve the organization and leadership of the poverty alleviation work mechanism and the construction of how far into the mechanism of poverty alleviation and innovate other tasks of the whole society to participate in poverty alleviation.In this regard,accelerating the production and living conditions,strengthen the social basis of the construction,vigorously implement the industrial poverty and employment for poverty alleviation,actively explore the ecological poverty innovative ways,to increase poverty alleviation education efforts and improve the social security system.
