The eradication of poverty is a common task for all mankind.Since the founding of new China,more than 600 million people have been successfully lifted from poverty,and the incidence of poverty has decreased from 70% to 7.2%.But according to the statistics of the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office,by the end of 2014,there are still 128 thousand poverty-stricken villages and 70 million 170 thousand poor people.To this end,the central government began to adjust the idea of poverty alleviation,and put forward the "precision poverty alleviation" strategy.On the other hand,e-commerce is a new type of economic activity with network.Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet,more and more farmers are getting rid of poverty through e-commerce.In this context,in view of the actual situation in China's rural areas,the state has begun to give great support to rural e-commerce.The Poverty Alleviation Office of the State Council formally introduced the policy of "helping the poor in electric business" into poverty alleviation policy in 2014,and implemented it as one of the ten major projects of precision poverty alleviation since 2015.Now,our country is in a critical stage of entering a well-off society in an all-round way.The use of rural e-commerce to help precise poverty alleviation has become a hot spot for poverty alleviation.Some scholars have begun to focus their attention on the precise poverty alleviation in rural e-commerce.Firstly,the relevant literature at home and abroad to make accurate judgment,to understand what we think of business poverty,achieve precise or not lies in whether it can solve the producers of agricultural products supplier in the special asset investment risks in the process of effective control,effectively improve the economic efficiency.To analyze the internal mechanism and behavior of the second electricity supplier accurate poverty alleviation,clearly pointed out that the risk of poverty alleviation through electricity supplier effectively reduces the investment and improve the investment rate of return,and then from the influence of the electricity supplier of agricultural products,development of the industry chain as well as the electricity supplier to achieve poverty alleviation direction these aspects pointed out that correspond to electricity supplier development andpoverty alleviation agricultural products.After that,we analyzed the four cases,and implemented precise support from several aspects,such as the sale of agricultural products,the input of production elements,the introduction of advanced technology,and the industrial agglomeration.Based on that,we put forward an effective plan for helping the poor.From the perspective of asset specificity,it is clear that the poverty alleviation of electric business can effectively reduce investment risk and realize the determination of poverty alleviation in rural areas.
