Research On The Problem Of Agricultural Insurancein The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

Our country is an agricultural country. Inner Mongolia autonomous region is a important farming and animal husbandry areas in our country. However, range very large and type utility and high proportion of natural disasters lead to poverty. The poverty due to disasters was serious impact on the development of rural economy and the improvement of farmers' life, and brought a certain degree of economic burden to the country. The agricultural insurance is a new way to share the risk of agriculture, it is an important part of agricultural insurance system and national important non-price agricultural protection tools, to develop the agricultural insurance is the inevitable trend of social and economic development in our country, at the same time, it is significant work to ensure the Inner Mongolia autonomous region food security and income growth of the peasants.This research is based on the concept and characteristics of agricultural insurance, the research situation of agricultural insurance in China and abroad, the policy status of the agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia, the operation principal, the premium income, the government subsidy and the farmers' condition. By using the method of field investigation and using the knowledge of statistics, this paper takes the eastern and western regions of Inner Mongolia as the research area, and choose Hohhot, Erdos, Baotou, Wulanchabu, Tongliao, Hulunbeier and Bayannur The 19 counties in 7 league cities collected 542 valid questionnaires to evaluate the farmers' insurance after the implementation of the insurance, agricultural insurance on the actual impact of income of farmers, in-depth analysis of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the development of agricultural insurance demand exists Problems, including the lack of sound agricultural insurance law, the lack of agricultural insurance, the lack of awareness of farmers, the lack of awareness of the farmers, the poor security of the initiative; the supply side of the existing problems, The related fiscal and taxation policy is not perfect, the policy agricultural insurance support is insufficient, the insurance company enthusiasm is low, the insurance company management level is not high; and the agricultural insurance supply and demand contradiction question. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions for the further development of agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This research will build up the agricultural insurance management model in line with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and gradually construct and perfect the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region agricultural insurance system. The construction and development of regional agricultural insurance has important practical significance.
