China’s market economic reform had been deepen Since the reform and opening-up policy came into effect.Especially after the accession to the WTO,a series of new changes had been happen to the production and development of agriculture.Agricultural modernization has become the new direction and new goal of agricultural development in our country,which puts forward new requirements and new hope to the government of Inner Mongolia on policy agricultural insurance subsidies.At present,the natural disasters happens frequently in Inner Mongolia,which has brought a big risk to agricultural production,policy-oriented agricultural insurance is a optimization tool to resist the risk of agricultural production.Clearly define the specific responsibilities of the government in the policy-oriented agricultural insurance,ensure the stable of farmers’ income,the country’s food security has become the important strategy for rural economic development and the only way to develop the rural economy in Inner Mongolia.On the perspective of subsidies,analyzed the process of Inner Mongolia policy-related agricultural insurance subsidies by the specific problems,carried on the induction to the characteristics,and the analysis to the current policy of agricultural insurance law,policy and environment,elaborated the current situation of Inner Mongolia policy-related agricultural insurance subsidies work.Through the problems in the practical work,finding the specific cause of the subsidies,according to the characteristics of Inner Mongolia,using the experience of foreign agricultural insurance subsidies mode and subsidies for Inner Mongolia policy-related agricultural insurance existing problems to correspond countermeasures and Suggestions.Based on the paper’s research,I think that if we want to solve the policy-related agricultural insurance problems in the process of subsidies,we should closely combining with the specific situation of the Inner Mongolia rural,adjust measures to local conditions,to meet the majority of farmers of the Inner Mongolia policy-related agricultural insurance and reasonable demand.The relevant government departments should strengthen legislation,and constantly open up variety of subsidies and perfect the subsidy way,increase the intensity of subsidies,to strengthen the supervision of it.Insurance company should develop new insurance products,to strengthen the construction of grass-roots branches and team building;implemente the subsidy policy led by government,propaganda it,and strengthen the development advantage.
