On this basis, from the work motivation, work enthusiasm, the promotion factors, management style and working stability of star hotel from different departments, different age and different cultural degree of employee loss reason of questionnaire survey. Then according to the actual data analysis results, it is concluded that M of the main causes of hotel staff loss, put forward a kind of accord with the characteristics of M hotel staff incentive mechanism, gives great importance to the salary incentive. Finally, gives the star hotel management system and the overall development strategy recommendations.
