In the economic and social development sectors, people often focus on the development of the enterprises. But in the past, people used to focus on financial indicators when evaluating the sustainability of corporations. Enterprises play a significant role in the market economy. And they are also major consumers of natural resources. The eighteenth National People's Congress proposed the concept of "building an ecological civilization", and the Chinese government published the People's Republic of China Sustainable Development Country Report. With the rapid growth of the economy and industry reform, more severe requirements are needed for the issues of resource saving and environment protection. The goals of corporations not only include the corporate social responsibility implementation, revenue maximization, but also include the integration of the sustainability with the corporate development strategy. Thus, implementing a sustainable development strategy is inevitable for Chinese enterprises. The concept of enterprises sustainable development was studied on the basis of analyzing the corporate strategy theory, sustainable development theory and the environmental economic theory in order to achieve economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. The economic benefit is a foundation for the enterprise to survive. The environmental benefit is a necessity to achieve sustainable development of the resources and the energy. And the social benefit is the duty of the enterprise to contribute to the society. Taking the sustainable development strategy of the China Vanke Group as an example, the environmental sustainability and social responsibility were analyzed and summarized by studying and analyzing the annual report, corporate social responsibility report and other internal management documents, good practices of business sustainability. (2) The core of the sustainable development strategy of Vanke is to keep correct enterprise culture and value and to keep customer oriented business, implement differential competitive strategy and build corporate brand. It also includes strengthening the capability of adapting to the new environment, adjusting strategy quickly, and taking green development management and corporate social responsibility. (3)According to the national policy and citizens'expectation for environmental requirements, the market-based suggestions were given for Vanke to promote environmental strategy. It is suggested that Vanke deepens the City's Supporting Service Provider strategy as a transformation objective.(4) It is recommended to consider key success factors and performance indicators while making sustainable business strategy. In addition, the Green Shade method is recommended to develop the environmental sustainability strategy and to actively implement the corporate social responsibility. Finally, a corporation sustainable development strategy model is concluded.
