The Question Of Implementation Of Our Corporate Social Responsibility Based On The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), established in the western developed countries in the 1920s , gained global fame at the end of the 20th century. Domestic experts and scholars got started researches on CSR in the 1980s. In face of the fierce market competition, the research on how to fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility is of great theoretical and practical significance.This paper, starting from the theory of CSR, by comparing and analyzing the discussion about CSR aspects of worldwide scholars, summarized the development of theory of each phase and the content of SCR; through demonstrating relations between corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, summed up that the two developed complementary and harmoniously; from the status and vacancy of corporate social responsibility, the specific reasons were worked out that led to such problems; on account of the realistic need for the implementation of the SCR, suggestions consistent with the corporate strategies, were given to fulfill the SCR, that is, only by the enterprise awakening, perfecting government and guide and social supervision could our business shoulder the social responsibilities of their own. For that is the choice of times and also the motivation of prospective sustainable development.
