Research On F Product Production Process Optimization In T Company

Lean production is a kind of enterprise culture,as a systematic way of thinking,it also be think as a comprehensive philosophy of management rather than the concept of isolation.During the production process,Lean production is based on customer interests to set up the starting line,identifying the value stream mapping,redefining business activities,through customer demand to push value stream to flow,continuous improvement,eliminate waste,reduce production costs and improve product quality to ensure enterprises in market competition advantage.This paper is about how to optimize T company F product manufactures process.After theory research,use VSM method to find out the improvement direction,and then via lean production tools implement,especially application of pull system and Kanban management to make sure to product line can reduce the WIP inventory and waiting time,at the same time to make the production cycle and the production efficiency improved.And then to establish lean production system and assessment methods to ensure the Lean production continuous improvement.This Lean production mode which researched is focuses on the value,via value stream mapping,Full analysis the “F” production process,identify value-added activities,try to reduce No value added activities.Develop a lean manufacturing action plans and ensure effective implement it.This model can provide a reference for other enterprises for lean production improve.
