Production System Improvement Of JL Company Based On Value Stream Mapping

Taking the production system of JL company as study object,used value stream napping to describe and analyze production status,found the bottleneck of production system,and p1 anned to improve projects,which mainly improved production flow,workshop layout,produc tion plan and production information control,etc.The research contents mainly include:(1)A description about the whole present conditions of the company,putting an emphasis on the production plan and inventory status.Analyzed the production status and found the existing problems,made a good planning,which laid the foundation of further improvement.(2)Workshop value stream status description and improvement planning.According to the selected representative products,drew and analyzed value stream status map,designed the future value stream map of workshop,and put forward the production process optimization project and production plan optimization project.(3)Production process optimization desiga Analyzed the whole production process of products,as well as working procedure and material distribution flow,proposed an improvement plan.Then analyzed and improved the workshop layout,carried out the plan,and evaluated the effect.(4)Production plan optimization research.Based on description and analysis of present JIT production status,carried out balanced production program design of typical products and design and implementation of workshop kanban management.Balanced production program design mainly includes pacemaker process selection,production ABC category,manufacturing unit computation,etc.Design and implementation of workshop kanban management mainly include design of various kanbans and operational implementation among each working process and each workshop.(5)Summarized the full text,and proposed further research prospect.Through optimized design of production process of company workshop and optimized implementation of production plan,we have achieved a better improvement effect The research results can also be applied to similar enterprises.
