The real estate industry is the basic industry of the national economy and the people’s livelihood. It plays an important role in improving the living conditions of the residents, creating employment opportunities, promoting the development of related industries, increasing government financial income and so on. However, the impact of external environment and its own constraints, the size of the county real estate companies generally small, compared with large real estate companies, whether tangible or intangible assets, there is a big disadvantage, it is easy to appear financing difficulties. In the current financial environment, the financing of small and medium sized real estate enterprises in the county, on the one hand, monetary policy and credit policy tightening, the market interest rate is high, the market interest rate is high, the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises financing costs and exchange rate risks. On the other hand, the reform of the small and medium sized real estate enterprises can improve the financing cost. Under this environment and background, it is of great significance and practical value to strengthen the research on the financing problem of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in county economy.This paper uses literature research and case analysis, from the basic concepts and basic theory of real estate financing, this paper expounds the development status of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in China, and the financial environment, the problems and causes of small and medium-sized real estate financing in our country. Through the research of this paper, we draw the following conclusions:first, the small and medium-sized real estate enterprise financing in our country is the main financing channel, the financing structure is irrational, the introduction of foreign capital is not smooth, and the lack of long-term stability of the support of Jin Yuan and other issues. Secondly, the reasons for the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in our country are mainly external and internal causes. The external causes include macroeconomic policies, imperfect financing system, imperfect policies and regulations, bank risks and benefits. Finally, for the problem of financing of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises, the financing channels of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises should be expanded, and the financing channels of small and medium sized real estate enterprises are adjusted.
