Study On The Mode And Countermeasure For Intellectual Property Right Financing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise In Jiangxi Province

In China, the small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the economy. Their contribution to the economy growth is more than 60%, and they provide a great number of job opportunities. However, comparing to the large corporations, the financial support for the small and medium-sized enterprises is still insufficient. In the modern society, intellectual property right is the core for a corporation. By using intellectual property right financing, the problem for small corporations financing can be solved. However, the development of intellectual property right financing is just starting, and the mode for intellectual property right financing is not mature. It is very critical to discuss and improve intellectual property right financing in China.Nowadays, the mode for intellectual property right financing in Jiangxi is in the beginning phase, and there are three problems. One is the high cost of the intellectual property right financing. Secondly, it is tricky to deploy intellectual property right financing. Thirdly, the linkage between intellectual property right financing modes is not strong. Based on the situation above, this thesis will begin the research using Jiangxi province as the.sample.In this thesis, author uses principal components analysis to study the detail components of intellectual property right financing and the main strength to push the economy of Jiangxi. Then, the author deploys system dynamics to analyze the financial situation of small corporations in Jiangxi in depth and draws the diagram of intellectual property right financing. Thirdly, the author optimizes the whole system by using the lever coefficient. The result is that by developing different instruments of financing, adding more support from the government and lawfully safeguarding the intellectual property right, the financing for small corporations can be much easier.In this thesis, author applies principal components analysis to quantify the relationship between intellectual property right financing and economy growth and obtains the lever coefficient by using system dynamics analyzing mechanism. And those results are in the thesis.
