Research On Intellectual Property Financing Of Small And Medium Enterprises In China

In the process of the development of China's science and technology industry in the future,small and medium-sized enterprises play an indispensable role and play an important role in promoting the transformation of scientific knowledge into productivity.From the view of the capacity and quantity of the enterprises,the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially the small and medium sized enterprises in China,is increasing in the economic development of our country,which plays an important role in expanding the channels of employment and promoting the development of new industries.At the same time,it is also a new growth point for the coordinated development of our economy and the adjustment of industrial results.However,in the process of enterprise development,the problem of capital has always been one of the most important problems perplexing the development of enterprises.Through literature research,comparative study and inductive deduction,this paper discusses the opportunities and challenges in the financing mode of SMEs in China,and draws inspiration from foreign SMEs' intellectual property financing: relying on the future cash flow generated by intellectual property rights,financing guarantees are non physical assets and knowledge.The property right financing is different from the traditional debt financing,and the current situation of the United States,Japan,Korea and Germany is analyzed,and the value assessment of intellectual property,the limitation of system and technology,the lack of financing institutions and platforms,and the role of the government in the market of intellectual property rights are also obtained.At the same time,the analysis of the opportunities,challenges and reasons for the SMEs in the new normal state,mainly from the perspective of the government,from the financial angle,from the perspective of the enterprise itself and from the social angle.Finally,it is necessary to promote and improve the analysis of the financing mechanism of SMEs in China,mainly to improve the professionalism,accuracy and impartiality of the intellectual property evaluation institutions;to increase the government's support for intellectual property financing and to improve the relevant government policies;to build a trading and mobile platform for intellectual property rights;and to guide and guide them.Encourage financial institutions to actively carry out intellectual property pledge financing and other countermeasures.It is hoped that the study of this paper can provide some suggestions for the financing of SMEs in China,and make the financing of intellectual property of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country better develop.
