Study On The Situations And Countermeasures Of New Agricultural Business Entities In Neijiang

With the advance of agricultural modernization, the importance of new agricultural business entities has been attached. "Document No. One" has focused on the development of new agricultural business entities for five years. New agricultural business entities are in the growth period, and there are so many problems, especially financial problems. The financial difficulties of new agricultural business entities should be solved urgently. Neijiang is a medium development city in Sichuan Province, the financial situation of new agricultural is not optimistic. The study uses new agricultural business entities in Neijiang as the research objects, through the research on the current situation, find out the existing financial problems.This paper is based on the pecking order theory, the Mcmillan gap theory, the imperfect competitive market theory of rural finance. Through the literature review, the paper studies the domestic and foreign literature related to new agricultural business entities, and makes a comment on the definition of the concept and the composition of the new agricultural business entities. Through on-the-spot investigation, interviews of Neijiang City new agricultural enterprises financing situation of in-depth understanding, and field research, interviews obtained using case analysis method of Neijiang City new agricultural business entities financing situation to sort out, analyzed and summarized the financing problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.Conclusions:first, new types of agricultural businesses of Neijiang financial nee ds are now so great, but can't be met, especially Neijiang Leading enterprise finan cing demand is the biggest,but the most can not meet their financing needs.Secon d, Neijiang new types of agricultural businesses financing structure showed extre me imbalance, leading enterprises, family farms over reliance on bank lending exo genous financing. Professional cooperatives because of the difficulty of exogenous financing, so it is overwhelmingly dependent on endogenous financing. Third, beca use of the farm financial markets weakness and most financial institutions to circu mvent the rural financial market,it lead to financing channels for rural financial ser vices institutions single, new types of agricultural businesses is narrowing. Fourth, the Neijiang municipal government in the case of limited funds, only rely on policy support,it is difficult to improving the current situation of new types of agricultura l businesses.According to the conclusions, put forward the following suggestions:(1) From the perspective of the new agricultural business entities,it should improve their own management of new agricultural enterprises, enhancing their own strength, optimizing financing structure. It should be actively promote professional large family farms to change, carry out professional large industrial and commercial registration, and establish a sound financial system. Family farms and large professional should at least account records, strengthening the purchase of agricultural insurance consciousness. (2)Guiding the city commercial banks to loan the new type of agricultural business entities, establishing of a new agricultural business entities financing platform, broadening the financing channels, strengthening the new variety for the development of new agricultural lending business entities, and existing varieties of propaganda to strengthen the promotion of existing and new type agricultural business entities of loan products, strengthening the credit of new agricultural business entities; (3)Adjust the structure and quantity of government funds to guide the cooperation between banks and enterprises, taking certain incentives and subsidies, and guiding social capital to support, encouraging social capital shares some of the new agricultural business entities.
