Modern agriculture and effective combination of e-commerce is one of the main trend of the current and future development of agriculture. Neijiang agricultural e-commerce is s till in its early stage of development, this study focuses on the necessity and feasibility of a gricultural electronic commerce development of neijiang, development present situation an d the analysis of existing problems and development trend, and puts forward some practica 1 countermeasures and Suggestions, in order to further enhance the application level of neij iang agricultural e-commerce, promote the healthy and rapid development of neijiang agric ultural e-commerce.The main body of this study includes three parts:(1)Neijiang agriculture development situation and existing problems of electronic co mmerce.
