Research On The Development Strategy Of General Aviation Industry In Zhuzhou Based On The Theory Of Industrial Cluster

With the current domestic economy facing greater downward pressure,the development of general aviation has become a great measurement for our nation's supply-side reform and a demand of the circle and society.Due to the restriction of domestic system,low-altitude airspace,economic development,the low-level development of domestic general aviation industry still exist many problems and obstacles such as small scale and slow development which need to be further researched and solved.Zhuzhou,located in the heartland of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group which is the transport hub of the central south region,has a unique geographical advantage.In the early stage planning of the “13th Five-Year Plan” of Hunan Province,Zhuzhou City is regarded as an important layout point of the new 100 billion-yuan industry with general aviation as the major characteristic.Zhuzhou's General Aviation Industry has great future and development potential.Taking general aviation as the research object,this thesis introduces the definition and composition of general aviation,general aviation industry,and the industrial chain.Base on the analysis and conclusion of domestic and foreign successful experience,the thesis predicts the future development prospect and market scale of domestic general aviation industry.Using SWOT method,the thesis summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of general aviation industry in Zhuzhou City,analyses the development strategies of Zhuzhou's general aviation industry during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period,and proposes the strategies and measurements that Zhuzhou should seize the opportunity,integrating quality resources,promoting the level of development of the industry,enlarging the industrial market,so as to build the first-class general aviation industrial cluster.Therefore,this paper not only enriches the theoretical part of development strategies of general aviation industry,but also supports the research on how to build the general aviation cluster.It also provides examples and experiences for Zhuzhou and other places in China to develop general aviation industry and general aviation chain.
