The innovative payment platform proposed by this project is a network payment system, which can provide more convenient, fast and secure environment for the development of e-commerce. If the investment of the project is completed, consumption will be stimulated; the growth of the national economy will be promoted. To explore the significance and innovation of payment platform building programs of project construction, to analyze economic and social benefits brought by the project, and put forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the project, which are to provide feasible suggestions for investors about the construction of this project.This paper is divided into five chapters.
