Research On The Investment Risk Of Pu Rui Goup Automobile City Project

Auto City Project in th e context of the rapid development of China’s auto industry, in recent years, began construction in various large and medium cities. The successful development and management of the automobile city project has played an important role in promoting the regional economy and promoting the development of the national economy and society.Based in the relevant project m anagement knowledge, using the m ethod of literature analysis combined with Ruipu car city project the actual situation, identify Ruipu car city project investm ent in the project decision-m aking, preparation, construction and investment and operation and management of four stage risk factors, the establishment of a Ruipu car c ity project investment evaluation system; using expert scoring m ethod and an alytic hierarchy process(A HP) of risk factors for quantitative assessment, to determine its weight; finally, according to the evaluation results are presented for several com pliance Ruipu autom obile city the actual situation of the project risk prevention and control strategies and suggestions.In this paper, we study found: for Ruipu car city project, in the fourth stage investment operations in four level indi cators for maximum weight, hit 0.382, other three stage project decision-m aking, preparation and construction engineering weighting respectively 0.232, 0.243 and 0.143; in the third level indicators, financing risk weighting to 0.1289, next weights for the top three are 0.1281 investm ent operations, sales personnel quality risk, decision-making phase of the project investment is estimated to be 0.0812, proj ect decision-making stage location choice 0.0632. This study shows that the success or failure of the investment is the key to the success or failure of the project, which is the important factor that must be considered in the process of Automobile City p roject.
