With the increase of aquatic production and the number of species, quality safety of aquatic products have received more and more attention. Aquatic products quality safety is not only related to the development of fishery production, but also closely related to the health of consumers, so the establishment of an aquatic products quality safety supervision system has significant importance. The establishment of supervision system will not only help to improve aquatic products quality safety level, ensure consumers health, but will also help to increase competition capabilities, thus promoting the sustainable development of fishery industry.Based on local fishery production characteristics and actual needs for aquatic product quality safety supervision, Jilin province local produced aquatic products quality safety supervision system(Hereinafter referred to as the System) is a customized developed, highly targeted management platform that focuses on primary aquatic products breeding links quality safety supervision requirements.The System mainly includes 3 subsystems: "Aquaculture Enterprise Information Collection Platform", "Regulatory Information Platform" and "Aquatic Products Quality Safety Public Information Platform"(i.e.Jilin Province Aquatic Products Quality Safety Network).The System absorbs advantages of other similar supervision tracing systems' design concept, successfully extend from production management & tracking functions to additional useful functions including fishery regulations enforcement supervision, administrative punishment, and some degree of active warning. By treating the data information with methods of contrast calibration & certification each other, the System achieves both inside and outside aquaculture management, and making the system more adapt to local aquaculture characteristics and related supervision practice.The System's application program design is mainly consists of two aspects: the front-end application program development and the establishment & maintenance of database. Meanwhile, using Oracle database and Java as the foundation, a secondary development based on Adempiere open source framework has been completed. Among these, the database established via Oracle is to guarantee data consistency and integrity, thus accomplishing a safe storage of data; the interface & function designed through Java are to achieve the goal of full functions and easy operation.Since September 2014, as a team member, the author of this paper has been fully participating in the design and continuous improvement of the System. After rounds of scientific and rigorous tests, the System has been piloted in some of local aquaculture enterprises, finding that it can reach expected requirements.
