In the "13th Five-Year" starting year,to promote the supply side structural reform is a national development strategy,is a good start to play a good play,is the potential source of economic growth.On November 10,2015 at the Central Financial Leading Group 11 th meeting on the supply side of the structural reform,Xi Jinping General Secretary put forward "In moderately expand aggregate demand at the same time,focus on strengthening the supply side structural reforms,strive to improve the quality and efficiency of supply system".In this year's Central Economic Work Conference made it clear that to resolve the real estate stock in 2016 will be one of the five major economic and social development tasks.The future of a period of time,how to resolve the housing inventory will be an important subject in front of us.The real estate industry as an important economic pillar industry in Jilin Province made a significant contribution to boosting the local economy.Taking Jilin Province three or four line city commercial housing high inventories as the breakthrough point,through the theory with practice,analyze the root cause of high commercial housing inventory,suit the remedy to the case,to alleviate the current commercial housing supply and demand structural contradiction,and achieve the goal of inventory.On the supply side structural reform the central government introduced a series of policies and measures to resolve the high real estate inventory,so that the real estate industry to meet their own development needs,but also to meet the needs of national economic development.Therefore,the supply side of the real estate industry reform has important practical significance.This paper is based on Jilin Province three or four lines of urban commercial housing inventory for the research object analysis.Combined with China's current actual situation,the article divides commodity housing stock into generalized and narrow commodity housing stock,and analyzes from two aspects: inventory status and cycle;through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the present situation of land supply and income status.By using the investigation and research method,the paper puts forward the reason of the high inventory of commercial housing in the third and fourth line of Jilin Province,which is divided into three parts: the market supply and demand,the local policy relaxation and the population structure.This paper analyzes the impact of land supply policy change,taxation change of real estate enterprises and new supply of real estate industry on the impact of de-inventories from the impact of supply side structural reform on de-inventories.Finally,after fully considering all kinds of influences and changes brought about by the structural reform of the supply side,the paper puts forward the experience and lessons from the overseas stockpiling,and the corresponding consummation measures and countermeasures.On the current real estate industry three or four lines of urban housing to the stock has a certain reference value.
