Strategy is an integration of enterprise development orientation and idea and the general thought for the enterprise to take market action and internal management innovation. Based on it, the overall demand canbe proposed on clarifying the enterpriseexternal environment, the general requirementscanbe proposed in enterprise internal mission proposal and sublimation and objectives and the basic developmentpolicy determination, and the overall planningcan be proposed for major issues asenterprise development direction and developmentspace during the actionimplementation.More and more enterprises attached great importance to strategic planning but the results are very different, most of them failed to reach the expected. The author think it is mainly due to lack of serious study and judge to resources and competitive environment before strategy choice andproblems of disunity, inconstancy and no-guarantee in allexecutionlevels.To realize the expected strategic target, the strategy should be composed to the operating levels and be taken as the core for the operation system after building the strategic thinking and atmosphere and serious study on resources and competitionenvironment faced by the enterprise.The paper tries to analyze and clarify the company's existing weaknessesand threats based on the present operation situation of Lutianhua company through the SWOT strategic management and the differentiation strategy theory and states the reasons why the enterprise chooses the differentiation strategy based on the company's existing advantages and opportunities. The paper also states the implementingmeasures and the future strategy development ideas in aspects of market, customer and specific development, internal management elements promotionandexternal living spaceexpansion, analyses the implementation details and precautions and the ideas and method to guarantee the promotion ofinformatization, comprehensive budget and performancebased on the weak links of corporate strategy management as the beneficial supplementfor the implementation way of the differentiationstrategyAt present, there is no obvious measure taken in Lutianhua in developing a single high-performance and low costproductby centralizing it's advantages, and there is no real workablepreparationfor economic and technical conditions.It is the only feasible strategic solutions for the company to select and implement the strategy of differentiation andmake benign non-price competition. Only through thedifferentiation strategy to find the breakthrough point and the foothold of strategy implementation and provide the guide for active action and effort direction of the employees, the enterprise performance evaluation systemwill certainly be sublimated, enterprise's execution systembe improved, survival capacityimproved, developmentabilityexpanded, enterprise's profit space enlarged, and finally the healthy and sustainable development road for the enterprise be reached.
