Research On Agricultural Informatization Construction Problem And Its Countermeasures Of ChangZhi ShanXi

Speeding up the construction of agricultural informatization is a strategic choice, which is helpful to promote agricultural modernization, dnre economic development of countryside and increase farmers' income. It's important to research on agricultural informatization construction and its countermeasures of ChangZhi in theory and practice, to promoting local agricultural informatization. On the basis of studying the development rule of agricultural information and the advanced experience of agricultural information, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of local area and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the construction of agricultural information, which is based on the status quo of changzhi, adopting the method of literature review and case study. This paper shows that there exist many problems such as lack of knowledge, insufficient attention, lack of capital investment, unbalanced development among counties and shortage of talent team construction. It is suggested that we should clarify the guiding ideology of agricultural information of ChangZhi, the goals of work, basic discipline, strengthens the government organizations to guide and increases publicity efforts. We should also spead up the construction of agricultural cloud platform system, agricultural product quality system, rural electronic commerce system. and agricultural information service and management system and strength talent team construction.
