Combining together the cultural industry and tourism industry organically, cultural tourism meets the need of culture in spiritual aspect and entertainment, thus it has a bright prospect. These resources provide broad space for cultural tourism development in new town in Mawei.This thesis research the cultural tourism resources of new town in Mawei.It briefly overview the concept of the cultural tourism and the cultural tourism resources and review the research situation of the exploitation of the cultural tourism resources at home and abroad.This thesis analyze the purpose, content and significance of this subject. This thesis aims to offer the theoretical reference about the exploitation of cultural tourism resources new town in Mawei and thus make theoretical contribution to the development of cultural tourism resources new town in Mawei.On the basis of these,this thesis carry out systematic discussion.Firstly,this thesis elaborate on the basic theory about the cultural tourism resources and the value of the exploitation of it.Secondly,analyze the present situation and exploitation conditions new town in Mawei. At last,On the basis of the analysis of the approach of the exploitation of cultural tourism resources,the thesis puts forward some countermeasure suggestions on the exploitation of cultural tourism resources in new town in Mawei.
