Human resources development and management is an important part of modern enterprise management,and the performance appraisal is the core work in the human resources management.The biggest driving force for the development of the company is the employee,and the reasonable performance appraisal is closely related to the vital interests of every employee,which is also the fundamental interest of enterprise development,because the scientific and reasonable performance appraisal can effectively motivate employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees,stimulate the potential of employees to contribute to the development of the company.In recent years,China's exhibition industry has sprung up and played an important role in the economic development in many areas,and the role of the exhibition enterprises as the main body of the exhibition economy cannot be replaced.This paper takes Shenyang GJ Exhibition Management Co.,LTD as the research object in order to analyze the current situation,existing problems and its causes in the performance appraisal of such company.To some extent,the wrong understanding of performance appraisal purpose,non-scientific evaluation index design,and the low effectiveness of performance appraisal in the management of the company will restrict the development of GJ Exhibition Management Co.,LTD.In this paper,on the basis of full investigation and studying,from the prospective of establishing and perfecting the performance appraisal of GJ Exhibition Management Co.,LTD.,corresponding solutions are put forward against a series of problems existed in the performance appraisal of this company.The convention and exhibition enterprises are the pillar of the exhibition economy development of our country,but the theoretical circle for convention and exhibition research regarding the performance evaluation of enterprise is not thorough,so that the author hopes that staff performance appraisal research of the exhibition company can be expanded and enriched through the study in order to provide theoretical support forthe reform of the convention and exhibition company.As the backbone of the exhibition economy,how to use human resources scientifically and rationally,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees for exhibition enterprises has been a hot issue.Therefore,the investigation about the present situation for the staff performance appraisal and analysis of convention and exhibition companies,especially on the analysis of the problems and the researches on the countermeasures,will greatly improve the level of human resources management of the exhibition companies,so as to provide a strong impetus for the sustainable development of the exhibition companies.
