| Performance appraisal is a very important work in the process of survival and development of enterprises.The effective implementation of performance appraisal can improve the quality of enterprise employees,help enterprise transformation and strengthen enterprise human resource management,and play a very positive role in the development of enterprises.It can be said that the development of performance appraisal in today’s enterprise management system is a major event that can determine the survival of enterprises.How to establish a practical and effective performance appraisal system based on the actual development and positioning of the enterprise,and how to strengthen staff management and promote enterprise development through practical performance appraisal has become an important problem that enterprises must solve in their daily work.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal of grassroots employees in The QA group co.,LTD,and fully understands the ideas and attitudes of grassroots employees towards the current performance appraisal through questionnaire survey.At the same time,combined with the discussion results of managers in charge of performance appraisal and heads of departments,I have learned that at present,enterprises mainly adopt the appraisal system based on the key performance indicator method in performance appraisal.Although this system can basically meet the basic needs of enterprise performance appraisal,there are still some problems in the performance appraisal work,such as too broad assessment indicators,unreasonable assessment cycle setting,insufficient staff performance,lack of performance appraisal result guidance and insufficient performance appraisal results.So,this paper still USES key performance index method,mode of examination system is given priority to,the introduction of 360 degree assessment method to optimize the assessment scheme design,put forward the process of performance evaluation indicator setting,evaluation,application results and to improve the solution,to enhance the enterprise the standardization of the performance appraisal work,the feasibility and accuracy.Through the introduction of work stakeholder evaluation,strengthen the effectiveness of performance coaching,improve the application effect of assessment results and other measures to solve the problems existing in the current performance assessment work.Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,the paper proposed to further strengthen the supporting system of organization,system and culture to guarantee the performance appraisal work,so that the improvement plan can really take root and achieve actual results.Through the optimization of the performance appraisal work of QA Group Co.,LTD,the enterprise has formed a performance appraisal scheme that is more suitable for its own reality and business development planning,which is helpful to solve the actual problems existing in the performance appraisal of the company.Through the performance appraisal work to standardize the behavior of employees,stabilize the staff,improve the quality of employees,enhance the recognition of employees to the enterprise,truly realize the goals and vision of the enterprise,while maintaining the stable operation of the enterprise and better promote the long-term development of the enterprise. |
