Starting from the opportunities and challenges faced by hotel enterprises in the current market environment,this paper analyzes the background,purpose and significance of the research.Based on the performance related theories such as performance,performance management and performance appraisal,this paper integrates the research status of performance related theories at home and abroad,and combines literature analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theory and empirical research Combined with KPI,360 ° performance appraisal,BSC balanced scorecard,objective management and other common performance appraisal methods,this paper aims at the current performance appraisal scheme of Star Hotel Co.,Ltd.,and combines the company's enterprise nature,organizational structure,human resource status and similar peer enterprise optimization The successful cases of performance appraisal management analyze the current enterprise performance appraisal system,method,cycle and result application,so as to summarize the main problems and conflicts existing in the construction of performance indicators,the application of performance appraisal methods and the application of performance appraisal results,summarize and analyze the main reasons,and design the objectives,principles and thoughts of performance management system in advance On the basis of sufficient research on road and basic work,further optimize and improve the original performance evaluation scheme of the enterprise based on the Department,according to the nature of work of each department and industry habits one by one,and take five aspects of planning,implementation,evaluation,feedback and improvement as the main content to form a specific,feasible and more suitable scheme for the actual needs of the enterprise department.Finally,the conclusion of the study is summarized,and the possible limitations of the optimized performance appraisal scheme and the expectation of future implementation are analyzed.
