Human resource management originated from foreign countries, getting more and more attention in recent years in China. Although most enterprises have the human resources department, but many domestic enterprises human resources departments work only stay on the basis of traditional personnel management. For businesses, managers expect HR able to create more value for the enterprise. About traditional personnel management, it is not to say that has no meaning, only the value of the work is too limited. How to make the work of human resources department can bring more value for the enterprise?W company is a local company in Yunnan, mainly engaged in producing, supplying and market of functional cosmetics. The company relies on Yunnan local unique Chinese herbal medicine resources, and its own experts resource of domestic functional skin care, has obtained a very good performance in the market. With the rapid development of the enterprise, make the company list in China stock has taken into agenda. The realization of this goal needs all departments to cooperate, and improve the management skills of the company. The purpose of this article is in combination with the practical situation and company's development goals, put forward a series of scientific and feasible reform measures for the human resources department, through these measures make the human resources department work more professional, to be able to create more value for the enterprise. This paper first introduces the situation of the W company, the company's advantages and existing problems. Combined with the company long-term development goals and management requests, find out the problems of human resource management, and put forward effective measures. The o-chart of the human resources department setting, recruitment and employment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, various problems were found. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward a lot of advice. Such as how to select and expand recruiting channels. How to evaluate candidates objectively? Introduce "Internal Trainer" cultivation mechanism, E-Learning platform, "Point-Factor Method" and Broad-Band Salary.
