Research On The Development Of County Economy In XianYang City From The Perspective Of Balancing Urban And Rural Development

County economy is a focus which is proposed in recent years. The research on the development of county economy has never stopped since the sixteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the strengthening of county economy. Meanwhile, the CPC central committee puts forward the thought of blancing urban and rural development. Blancing urban and rural development has quickly become an important theme of economic development in China.Many scholars response to the call of the time and party central committee,and to study the development of county economy and blancing urban and rural. But most of the studies does not consider the relationship between them. Based on this, the paper prepare to study of the development of county economy from the perspective of balancing urban and rural development.This paper lists the related theory of the county economy and blancing urban and rural development; and provides a theoretical basis for understanding the county economy from regional economics, development economics and the scientific outlook on development.The paper also sets up the evaluation index system of blancing urban and rural development by using of multi data to describe the economic development of each county in XianYang City, demonstrating the empirical analysis of each county's economic developments in XianYang City from the perspective of balancing the urban and rural development.After the empirical analysis of the model, we can find the problem of economic development about counties in XianYang City. And then, the author puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions in order to solve these problems. It is good if having theoretical guiding significance on the development of county economy.
