Research On Quality Management Of E Yunnan Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Projext Outsourcing

Civil aviation transportation has become a major part of transportation industry. Quality of aircraft maintenance has a direct impact on safety of civil aviation transportation and cost of airline companies. Contradictions between traditional pattern of maintenance management and growing demands of booming civil aviation transportation are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is particularly important for airline companies to establish quality-assured, economic and highly efficient aviation engineering management system.This article firstly analyzes maintenance management system of E Airline Company Yunnan Branch with theories and tools such as comprehensive quality management, quality control and continuous improvement. According to deficiencies and weaknesses of the current system, this article proposes outsourcing protocol of maintenance engineering for E Airline Company Yunnan Branch, including project management flow, organization of quality management after outsourcing, method of quality control, measures of quality improvements, documentation system and requirement of resource. Conclusion of this article can show a great significance for reference to airline companies which are willing to carry out outsourcing.
