The Communication Management Research Of Follow-up Auditing Project

During the recent years, under the leadership of Chinese fiscal policies, we are experiencing constant infrastructure development and engineering audit has gained remarkable development. Modern audit does not rely on turning to paper materials and auditors need to fully communicate with all the parties involved, check and make confirmation. Especially, follow-up auditing spans all the phases of the construction project and communication penetrates all the process of the project, so communication management becomes extremely important. However, during the process of follow-up auditing, it is noticed that all the parties involved haven't paid much attention to communication management and its system is not sound. Therefore, how to build a sound communication management system and optimize the communication management mode during the follow-up auditing project is a research topic of practical meaning.On the basis of theories of communication management and follow-up auditing, and his work experience, the author makes a research on the Follow-up Auditing Project of Kunming Dealing Pools of Rainwater, and uses the method of questionnaire to analyze the current communication status. The result shows that all the parties have affirmed the importance of communication during the audit process, but there exist many communication barriers and problems and communication management of the auditing project needs to be improved. The paper takes the auditors as the main body, makes analysis of the problems between the auditor and parties involved in the project and finds out the reasons behind these problems. Finally, to tackle these problems, the paper poses some schemes of optimizing communication management of the auditing project, and attempts to provide feasible schemes for the communication management of similar auditing projects so as to improve the audit and ensure the smooth completion of the project.
